Binocular Balance technology balances the level of astigmatism on both sides of the progression area. Consequently, it is possible to ensure that the level of blurriness perceived by each eye is similar and kept to a minimum.
It improves binocular vision and extends the visual field, especially in terms of intermediate and near vision.
Using the position of the pupil and the mounting height it is possible to determine the location of the progressive surface in relation to the eye and the end of the frame.
With this information, the Clear View technology can modify the distribution of aberrations and significantly reduce them in the useful area of the end lens. This produces a huge reduction of lateral rocking, therefore the adaptation is quicker and the user is guaranteed greater comfort.
